This discounted rate is only good for a limited time and is subject to availability so be sure to make your reservation sooner rather than later.

The Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel is proud to unveil a newly renovated and updated look, from top to bottom. From the moment you enter this downtown Norfolk hotel, you'll notice a fresh, clean and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by new dècor, upgraded lighting, and stylish furnishings. Within the bright and spacious lobby, you'll discover a whole new way to stay connected with the Link@Sheraton, featuring free wireless internet and printing access. Also included in your special rate is a complimentary special event shuttle with direct service to and from the Winter Bar Tour registration booth and closing ceremony.

The complimentary special event shuttle will transport participants from the hotel to the registration booth at Lola's on the day of the event at roughly 30 minute intervals starting at 3:30 PM until 5:30 PM. The shuttle will then transport participants from the closing ceremony at the Belmont back to the hotel at roughly 15 minute intervals from 10:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Any transportation outside of these designated locations and times is the responsibility of the participant, not the hotel. Please confirm shuttle times at check-in!
