We are now looking for volunteers to help before and/or during the Ghent Summer Bar Tour on July 30th. If you are able to volunteer your time to help our cause (and want to have some fun while doing it), then please fill out and submit the form below so we know how to contact you. For your time and efforts as a volunteer, you will receive free registration to the event and a special volunteer shirt in return. Note that we have a limited number of volunteer positions available and while we will do our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that everyone will get their first choice. The following list represents our usual volunteer tasks:

• Volunteer on the planning committee before the event
• Volunteer for 2½ hours at the registration booth processing participants
• Volunteer for one 2½-hour shift at a participating bar stamping game cards
• Volunteer for 2 hours at the closing ceremony awarding prizes
• Volunteer as the official event photographer

Once you have submitted the volunteer interest form below, you can always check your current assignment on the volunteer schedule and read the volunteer guidelines for more details on what you will need to do at the event.
