SANTAS ON PARADE! On December 1st, 58 Santas from our naughty and nice list went on a journey to bring Christmas joy to all as they visited 7 landmark bars in downtown Norfolk. All dressed head to toe in red and white, the Santas helped raised $1,725.00 to benefited the Animal Rescue of Tidewater who finds homes for dogs and cats in the Hampton Roads community. The Santas enjoyed food and beverages from the following participating bars: Baxter's Sports Lounge, Fahrenheit, Hell's Kitchen, Nana Sushi, Plaza Azteca, Scotty Quixx and Trilogy Bistro. A huge THANK YOU to all of our participating Santas and bars - we couldn't have done it without you and look forward to seeing you again next December!

Animal Resce of Tidewater is more than just an organization that finds homes for dogs and cats. Since 1999, our humble organization made up of a small handful of determined volunteers has grown leaps and bounds. With grants and donations, we have proudly established several programs designed to improve the lives of companion animals in Hampton Roads: SpayHR, Community Medical Assistance, Legislative Policy Advocacy and the Pit Bull Awareness Coalition.
